Adventure Guide Sponsorship Program

Adventure Guide offers a Sponsorship Program that is designed for influencers related to the adventuring community. The goal of the Sponsorship Program is to provide a mutually beneficial outcome. 

Our Commitment to You 

As the Sponsor, Adventure Guide will provide you with full access to the Adventure Guide website and Adventure Guide Navigator App.

Your Commitment to Us

As a Sponsee your primary commitment is to make one positive social media post/comment each month that recommends Adventure Guide. This can be done by creating a new post on your own social channels, or by adding a comment to another adventurer’s post that is related to the topic of route planning.

If you create videos that feature routes found on Adventure Guide, please include a link either to the Adventure Guide homepage, or the actual route/s featured in the video. 

If you have a website with a sponsors/friends page, please include a reference to Adventure Guide on this page. Reach out to us if you need a logo file or text copy. 

Conditions 

Responsible Track Behaviour
Sponsees must abide by, and promote responsible use of New Zealand’s track networks, including public and private land, by endorsing "sticking to the track," and respecting private land access rules. Adventure Guide does not support or offer sponsorship to individuals who partake in, or endorse, mudbugging or any other activity that causes unnecessary damage to tracks.

Responsible General Behaviour
Sponsees must act in a responsible and respectful manner that does not damage the Sponsor's reputation by association.

Integrity 
Sponsees shouldn't directly or indirectly endorse individuals or businesses that are in competition with Adventure Guide. If you have an affiliation with a competitor to Adventure Guide then this Sponsorship Program is not suitable for you. 

Initiating the Sponsorship Program Agreement

This document serves as the main Sponsorship Program Agreement. If you are happy with the terms of this Sponsorship Program, and you would like to apply to become a Sponsee, simply click here to email us expressing your interest. You will typically get a reply within 72 hours advising if the Sponsorship Program is a good fit and your application is successful. 

Maintaining the Sponsorship Program 

This Sponsorship Program Agreement will be updated periodically. We ask Sponsees to periodically check in to keep up-to-date with any changes. On six month intervals we check in with Sponsees to see how everything is going. As long as both parties are happy and the Sponsorship Program Agreement is being upheld, the Sponsorship Program will continue. 

Dissolving the Sponsorship Program Agreement

Either party may dissolve the Sponsorship Program Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon dissolution:

1. The Sponsor will discontinue the Sponsorship Program offerings to the Sponsee.
2. The Sponsee must remove all references to the Sponsorship and Sponsee from their website, social media platforms, or other partner pages.
