Waratah Road to SH8
Waratah Road is a route that can be used to link up with either Mackenzie Pass or Rollesby Road. From the intersection of these three roads Waratah Road basically links up with SH8 with the help of a few other back roads. There are a number of options on the many nearby back roads to do this, the route detailed below that includes Waratah Road and a number of other back roads to link up with SH8 is just as good as any. The roads wind through numerous small farms while sidling and crossing the Tengawai River at some sections.
