Kawhaka Fishery Road
An interesting gravel road winding through native bush alongside a modified waterway that is stocked with fish for young and novice anglers. The road ends at one of the hydro station control gates but offers foot access up Kawhaka Creek. Definitely worth a visit if you are travelling up Old Christchurch Road.
